Accommodation costs:

The accommodation fee is 910 CHF (approx. 593 EUR) for 5 nights. It includes three meals a day from Sunday, May 15, dinner to Friday, May 20, lunch. Meals are served in the restaurant of the conference center. For breakfast there is an extensive buffet; lunch and dinner are 3-course meals with wine included. Moreover, there will be coffee breaks between talks in the morning and in the afternoon where coffee, tea and soft drinks as well as light snacks will be served.

For accompanying persons the same fee applies.

Funds:

There are limited funds available of up to 250 CHF per conference participant to cover a part of the accommodation fee. It is conditional that the applicant stays for the whole period of the conference. Please indicate in the registration form, whether you apply for this support. Only conference participants are eligible for support, accompanying persons have to pay the full fee.
