Registration:

There is no official registration procedure. However, if you have not been in contact with us yet and you plan to attend the conference, please let us know by email and provide us with your contact information. This is crucial not only to help us planning, but also to arrange access for conference participants to the KTH facilities.

Travel and Conference Location:

If you need a visa for travelling to Sweden, please notify Eva-Maria Feichtner (feichtne@math.ethz.ch). We will send you an official invitation by fax and/or by mail.

The conference will be held at the Mathematics Department of KTH Stockholm, room 3721. For detailed information how to reach the Mathematics Department from the airport and from the city, click here. Except for minor price changes, this page is up to date.

Accommodation

There are a number of hotels in the vicinity of KTH. For a list with links to the hotel contact information click here.

Please make your reservations early since there are a number of events going on in connection to the ECM04, and Stockholm is a popular conference venue in general.
